What we collect

• When you book a seat or a space, or ask us to keep you posted: your name, phone number, email if you give it, and the details of the booking.
• When you write to us on WhatsApp: whatever you choose to send.
• When you pay online: the payment is handled by Razorpay. We receive a confirmation and the amount, never your card or bank details.

Why we use it

• To confirm your booking, send your ticket and check you in at the door.
• To tell you about Spotlight talks if you asked us to.
• To meet our tax and accounting duties.

What we never do

We do not sell or rent your details, and we do not use advertising cookies on this site.

How long we keep it

Booking records are kept as long as the law requires for accounts. You can ask us to delete anything else at any time.

Ask, change or delete
