Spotlight tickets

• Cancel up to 48 hours before the talk for a full refund.
• Within 48 hours, we cannot refund, but you can give your ticket to someone else. Tell us their name on WhatsApp.
• If we cancel or move a talk, you get a full refund, or a seat at the new date if you prefer.

The podcast room, the stage and the hall

• Bookings are requests until we confirm them. Nothing is charged for a request.
• If you paid a deposit, cancel up to 48 hours before your slot for a full refund, or move it to another free slot.

How refunds are paid

Refunds go back to the original payment method through Razorpay, usually within 5 to 7 working days of approval.
